10 THINGS I SHOULD DO TO BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF

We always wanted to get better everyday but sometimes we forgot how to do it and when to start.
Every people change in some different ways depending on how things go in their life.
Life experiences changes us everyday but it is most important that we change to become better.
In this post I am sharing to you the things how to become the best version of yourself.

1.Avoid trying to do it all.

Why you shouldn't do it all ?

Overcomitting leads to physical, mental and emotional exshaution. You might thinks that you are just overwhelmed but it will sooner drains you. Spreading yourself too thin reduces focus and productivity.

You have to focus on essential tasks and goals. Setting boundaries and learn to say "no" to non essential commitments. Learning to breaks task into smaller steps and recognize limitations. 

2. Care for yourself.

Self-care encompasses physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It includes making time for yourself by taking time to recharge and do things that are enjoyable and healthy for you. Having a great sleep and eating nutritional foods. Doing some exercise to improve haelth. 
Caring for yourself can also mean putting yourself first, which means not sacrificing your needs to do things for others. Prioritizing a personal time and doing some meditation. Connecting with innerself helps us to recognize what we really want. Having a self-reflection helps us to explore our purpose and meaning. 


3. Be Vulnerable.

Are you scared of sharing emotions to others? thinking what they might think? or how they would react ?

Being vulnerable means openly and sincerely expressing yourself, emotions and true self, without fear of judgment or rejection.Vulnerability builds deeper connections, trust and intimacy. Sharing feeling by expressing emotions honestly and validate others emotion. Try to share personal stories and admit mistakes. Seek guidance or support when needed, 

Being vulnerable helps us to deeper our relationships to others, increased trust, and improved communication. Don't be scared of rejection its part of being  persons not all people will accept us but as long as we were being open and sincere to our feelings it can lead to be a better person.



 4.Set Goals for myself.

Just like in job interviews, how do you see yourself in the future? have you ever imagine what you would be?

Setting goals for yourself helps you to boost motivation, focus and achievement. Identify areas you want to improve and write down specific goals. Break down you goals into smaller steps and review regularly. Acknowledge every achievements in your life by celebrating every milestones. 

Here are some effective Goal setting strategies;
1.List down your Goals.

3. Share goals with a person's who will help you to achieve those.
4.Stay flexible at all times.
5. Imagine achieving your goals.


5.Visualize success.

Visualizing success is related to Setting goals for yourself. Visualizing success is a powerful mindfulness technique to manifest goals and desire. This will boost your motivation to continue your journey and will enhance confidence in doing things that might hindrance you. Visualization prepares our mind and body for challenges.It also develops coping skills and our adaptability.

Always think positive and and reinforce positive selftalk. Looking in yourself in the mirror and saying "I will be succesful" or anything that we want to be in the future. Picture yourself overcoming fears and developing new skills. 



6.Prioritize physical health.

Prioritizing physical health is essential for overall well-being. It increase energy and improve our mental health. Regularly exercise and balanced nutrition. Doing physical activity reduces stress and and anxiety. Have a better sleep and start doing healthy habbits. 

Prioritize your physical health and start it by;
Schedule a physical activity
Plan a nutritious meals or have healthy diet.
Sleep schedule
Learn how to manage stress
Monitor your progress


7. Embrace Failure.

Embracing failure is a mindset shift that foster resilience, growth and innovation. Sometimes we can't accept that we failed on doing things that we plan so much or we can't understand why things didn't work the way we wanted to but embracing failure provides us valuable lessons and insights. This will encourage us to experiment and be creative. It also builds confidence to attempt new challenges and helps us to identify our areas for improvement. Understanding that perfection in unattainable. 

Emphasize learning over perfections. We are all humans and this will sooner makes us even stronger. View failure as an opportunity not a setback. Accepts feelings, but always remember that don't dwell on them. 

8.  Live in the moment.

Paying attention to what's happening right now, without getting lost in the past or worrying about the future. People sometimes drown and forgot to cherish every little moment because they over think about the future. 

Appreciate life's small joys. Going out and having some time to enjoy won't stop you for achieving the goals you set.  Never ever forget to connect with people that you value. Your success will be more meaningful if you cherish every moment that you had along the way even though those were good times or bad times.

Enjoy the process not just the destination. Explore new experiences. 

9. Accept help from others.

Accepting help from others involves recognizing when support is needed and allowing others to assist you. Sharing responsibilities alleviates burden. Being open to new perspective can solve problems  without overthinking. Accepting helps from others helps us to develop our personal growth by learning to receive and reciprocate.

Overcoming those barriers helps us to improve ourself. Never be scared of asking help and express gratitude. Trust other with tasks and offer help in return when possible. Through this we can build connection with others.We might think that needing help is a sign of weekness but in other ways it will help you to identify what is your strength and helps you to learn more. Other people views in life matters because it involves their experiences and feeling.


10. Embrace lifelong learning

Learning is a lifelong journey, and there are opportunities for learning everyday. Today, staying relevant is important adapting to changing industries and technologies. Developing our skills for promotions and new opportunities. 

This continuous learning helps you to grow not only in your career but in your personal life. Engaging to new life learning opportunities is very important. It enhanced our creativity, our exposure to new ideas and perspective.
